On a daily basis:

- Vehicle inspection (on delivery and collection);

Brand Project Manager (m/f/d) - Prior Velho (Lisbon)

We are looking for a Brand Project Manager (m/f/d), for
our Prior Velho station, to accompany us on this journey.
The challenge:
To promote a unique customer experience through car rental and other associated
services, with the drive "Guerin, a journey made of people”.
On a daily basis:
- Assessment and analysis of the allocated brand(s) and the respective development and implementation of a defined brand plan, based on the company's strategic framework;
- Improvement and development of new procedures related to the allocated brand(s);
- Boost the revenues of the allocated brand(s);
- Analysis of statistical indicators for websites and digital platforms;
- Back-office management of the website(s);
- Involvement in the drafting of the annual marketing plan;
- Project management with different teams;
- Managing relationships with external partners relevant to the brand(s) - PR agencies, IT partners, etc;
- Monitoring market trends;
- Data analysis, drafting of reports and proposals for improvement actions;
- Support/management of events.
Your profile:
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication;
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in English; other languages will be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop;
- Empathetic, communicative, organized, creative and goal-oriented;
- Proactive and autonomous;
- Ability to work under pressure, resilience and teamwork;
- Driver’s license for more than 2 years.

Shift Team Leader (m/f/d) - Lisbon Airport

Your role:
Shift Team Leader (Lisbon Airport)
Daily challenges:
- Management of your station/zone's unproductive fleet, such as maintenance and logistical movements;
- Welcoming and onboarding of new employees;
- Monitoring and on-the-job training of employees;
- Active participation in the updating of norms, IT's and the Quality Manual;
- Evaluation of the team's commercial and operational performance;
- Drafting the operational plan in order to achieve the commercial goals;
- Managing the P&L of the stations under your responsibility and creating action plans to boost the results.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing or similar;
- Fluent English (spoken and written - eliminating factor), Spanish, French, German, etc. - preferred;
- Proven experience in managing teams, business units or stores (retail, service management or similar);
- Autonomy in the management of P&L and KPIs, as well as in the development of action plans;
- Focus on customer satisfaction;
- Good communication skills;
- Capacity for multitasking, with the prospect of being involved in several projects simultaneously;
- Focus on finding the solution, resilience and excellent skills in motivating, leading and supporting teams;
- Knowledge/experience in Rent-a-Car (preferred);
- Driver’s license for more than 2 years;
- Availability to work in shifts (between 6 a.m. and midnight).

The challenge:

On a daily basis:
- Daily planning and regular attendance at Kaizen meetings;
- Monitoring the continuous improvement program;
- Across-the-board support for the entire organization in the Kaizen Method;
Your profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (or similar);
- Experience and/or knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methods, preferably the Kaizen Method;
- Fluent English (spoken and written - eliminating factor), knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset;
- Advanced Excel knowledge;
- Proactivity and good communication skills;
- Driver’s license for more than 2 years;
- Result-oriented and synthesizing skills;
- Analytical profile, adaptability and critical thinking;
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment;

We are looking for a Rent-a-Car Team Leader (m/f/d), for our Ponta Delgada Airport station, Azores, to accompany us on this journey.
Challenge:
Promote a customer experience, through car hire and other associated services, with the drive Guerin, a journey made of people.
On a day-to-day basis:
- Planning infleets and defleets for the affected zone and the respective team;
- Managing your station/area's unproductive fleet, such as maintenance and logistical transfers;
- Welcoming and integrating new employees;
- Monitoring and on-the-job training of employees;
- Active participation in updating standards, ITs and the Quality Manual;
- Evaluating the team's commercial and operational performance;
- Drawing up the operational plan in order to achieve commercial objectives;
- Managing the P&L of the stations under his responsibility and creating action plans to improve results.
Your Profile:
-Degree in Management, Economics or similar;
- Fluent English (spoken and written - elimination factor), Spanish, French, German, etc. - preferred;
- Proven experience in managing teams, business units or shops (retail, service management or similar);
- Autonomy in managing P&L and KPIs, as well as creating action plans;
- Experience in digital transformation projects for physical shops (preferred);
