Travelling allows you to get to know each culture and its people more intimately. And a car gives you the ideal flexibility to venture further afield. Opting for a hire car can save you a lot of headaches. But do you know all the steps on how to rent a car? We've got you covered.

Step-by-step on how to rent a car at Guerin

Guerin prioritises its customers' time. That's why it has designed a 100% digital and autonomous car hire process. In this way, it can optimise all the steps of renting a car and make them easier to manage. From booking to returning the car, the entire rental process is carried out via our website, kiosks and key drop-off and pick-up dispensers, adapted to our customers' needs. 1. Booking on the website

The first step is to book your car on your computer or smartphone at guerin.en.

2. Digital kiosk

After making the reservation on the website, go to the Guerin stations and use the Digital Kiosks to make the rental contract. You can do this completely autonomously and in just a few minutes. If you need help, there's always someone nearby to help.

3. Key Pickup

Once the contract has been opened, you will receive a QR code on your mobile phone, which gives you access to our key dispensers - the Key Dispenser. All you must do is insert the code into the reader and the door where your car key is located will open. On the digital monitor, you can see where your car is in the car park, check its condition and take a picture of it. And you're ready to go. The whole hire process takes just 9 minutes. Car hire is quick and simple after all.

4.Key Drop

When you've completed your journey, the process of returning the car is also quick and digital. All you must do is go to our Key Drop points, scan the QR code you receive, and the dispenser will open for you to put the key in. You can then return your car at any time.
