In 2023, Guerin organized a charity drive to collect some essential goods and bring a happier Christmas to those in need. The previous year's initiative was a success, which motivated the team to come together once again for another edition of this social project.  

Throughout November and December, Guerin’s headquarters in Prior Velho collected essential items, such as adult’s and children’s clothes and shoes, blankets, toys, food and hygiene products. Later, all these items were distributed to three associations selected by the employees. 

During the team-building event, held on December 17th, all the items were sorted, so that the teams could deliver it to the following associations: Ajuda de Berço, Instituto de Apoio à Criança and Ser Alternativa.
